Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who performed in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her a BA (with the highest distinction) in Communications and Theatre. Her career began with the city of Los Angeles as a theater artist. She choreographed and performed in over 20 plays and musicals. The most notable of these were The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. She also performed seven titles at Los Angeles' Storybook Theatre. As she continued to learn Improvisation at The Groundlings and becoming a part of the company at Theatre West Kelly also started landing roles on television and in film. Her unique voice and petite height has let her perform a range of bright characters. Her collaboration together with Naomi Watts as Samara the villain In The Ring 2 is well acknowledged, however, she's better recognized for playing the amazing receptionist in Two and a Half Men. From 2011 to 2015 Kelly played a paralegal at-day/party hopper in the evening as a series regular on the TV Land sitcom The Exes. Alyssa Mio's sassy sexpert, her little sister, was Kelly's frequent part in ABC Romantically Challenged. No Tomorrow on the CW was her show as a stressed-out suburban mum. Her fame is based on her soaring soprano voice in a variety of cartoons. They include Doctor McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recent appearances include her as the charming and dim Cloud 9 employees on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. She lives a quiet private life with her husband and two small children and enjoys sewing writing as well as volunteering for school activities.
